NEW EGB CD"
24 Hours is a CD/DVD project that
will be filmed and produced (very
much like a reality TV show) on
January 29th and 30th of 2005.
The EGB will attempt to make a
complete CD in one long 24 hour
recording session that will run
from 12pm Saturday Jan. 29th to
12pm Sunday Jan. 30th. These 24
hours will include the mixing
and final editing for this project
which will make it the first documented
recording work made in such a
short time (to our knowledge there
is no known claim to have completed
such a large volume of work in
such a short time). An early release
of the CD "24 Hrs" is
planned for late February. The
DVD/CD combination will be released
in the summer of 05.'

The First CD..........."The
EGB (Evan Goodrow Band) cooks
up some real tasty soulfood on
"Red," the band’s
first CD release. The disc boasts
8 tracks, 7 of which are original
songs tailor-made to suit the
band’s own self - a personality
that can be described as electric
blues, made funky with obvious
jazz, rock, and soul influences.
All of this yields a powerful
sound, made even more potent when
laced with Evan Goodrow’s
warm lead vocals and delicious
guitar licks. This band has worked
a variety of styles into one original
sound, and left the studio with
a recording that contains the
spirit of a live performance.
These cats love to play, and their
vitality has breathed life into
a great new sound.
